Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Spirit guides are separate beings, more like spiritual friends, ancestors or guardian angels, who arrange circumstances to help you along on Earth. The two cooperate to help you navigate your life. In my sessions, some clients feel a stronger connection to their guides while others find it easier to communicate with their Higher Self, and both are normal. I help you find and strengthen whichever pathway opens most easily for you, and in time many people find they can work with both. That connection happens in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis and Life Between Lives sessions, and it can also include your soul group and loved ones in spirit.

Many of my clients tell me they sleep better after a session, and it comes from something I teach at the very end. Right before I bring you out of trance, I teach you self hypnosis and set a post hypnotic trigger. I guide you to anchor a deeply relaxed, quiet state of mind that you can call up at bedtime, with the suggestion that when you close your eyes and use the technique you drift off and rest through the night. I also send you a written handout afterward that walks through how to practice the self hypnosis daily, so it becomes a habit rather than a one time experience. Better sleep is one of the most common things people report back to me.

You need a computer, a solid internet connection, a webcam and a headset. A laptop or desktop is much better than a tablet or phone, and it needs to be plugged directly into power so nothing shuts off in the middle of a four to five hour session. High speed internet keeps the connection steady. Position your webcam so I can see your face and upper torso, because I watch your breathing throughout the session. The most important piece is a headset, headphones or earbuds with a microphone close to your mouth. Your voice gets soft and relaxed in trance, and that close microphone is what lets me hear you clearly and record the session for you.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and see where the feeling comes from.
