My hypnotherapy and regression certification training hours are recognized by the major professional hypnosis organizations, IACT and IMDHA. For licensed clinical professionals such as LPCs who need Continuing Education Units, the answer depends on your state licensing board's criteria. Each board sets its own rules about which hours it accepts, so I suggest checking with yours beforehand to see whether IACT approved courses qualify. Your Higher Self is the part of your own soul that stays in spirit, the non physical side of you, and it holds a broad view of all your lifetimes. Life Between Lives goes to the deepest level of soul memory, so a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first to build the depth to reach it. An LBL session focuses on the spiritual realm itself, what your soul experiences after a death and before the next incarnation, including your soul group and the Council of Elders. Those memories are exceptionally deep and complex. A first session in either Past Life Regression or Quantum Healing Hypnosis trains your mind to go to that hypnotic depth comfortably and to translate subconscious impressions into words, so when you come back for LBL you already know how it feels and the experience can be full and meaningful. Either one qualifies as your first session, and I suggest Past Life Regression mainly for people who know they are heading toward LBL.

Yes, and the first shift is in how you ask the question. Difficult relationships with parents or siblings are often designed as vital spiritual catalysts. Asking why they are difficult tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I coach my clients to rephrase and ask what they need to do to have a better relationship or to learn the underlying soul lesson. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth soul contracts you made with your family. That perspective is what allows you to release resentment, establish healthy emotional boundaries and find deep peace. In my experience the relationship often softens once you understand what the two of you agreed to work on together.

Recurring dreams of combat or fighting are often your subconscious trying to process unhealed past life trauma, or a parallel lifetime, while you sleep. Sometimes that spills over into intense physical sensations or waking up exhausted. In hypnosis we can go into those recurring dream scenes safely, locate their original source, understand what they are trying to tell you and find emotional closure. Once the subconscious has done that work, it tends to let go of the protective loop it has been running at night. Clients who came to me with dreams like this often tell me their sleep became peaceful again. Your dreams are trying to get your attention. A session gives them somewhere to be heard.

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on. Clients are often surprised to realize that a heavy feeling they have had all their lives belonged to their mother. Once you see that clearly, you can hand it back and clear it from your energy, and many people describe a real sense of relief.
