Yes, it is extremely common. Our souls incarnate across genders, nationalities, cultures and social classes to experience a rich, well rounded spectrum of lessons. Under hypnosis a male client today may discover he lived as a female concubine in ancient Rome, while another finds himself as a Civil War soldier. Experiencing these varied lives lets your subconscious mind draw on the wisdom of many perspectives. It also explains a lot of the unexplainable attractions people bring to me, that pull toward a specific culture, a style of jewelry, ancient pottery or a particular historical era. My clients often find the life they visit lines up with something they have loved for no reason they could name.

Yes. Losing a spouse, partner or close friend can be devastating, and in my framework these deep connections are often guided by agreements made before birth. In my experience partners frequently agree to come into a life together and even choose who will leave first, so that the loss becomes a catalyst for the other person's spiritual awakening and growth. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session you can connect directly with the soul of your partner on the other side. Clients often receive comforting messages and signs from that meeting, and they come away with a felt sense that the person is still with them in a different way. Many of my clients tell me they sleep better after a session, and it comes from something I teach at the very end. Right before I bring you out of trance, I teach you self hypnosis and set a post hypnotic trigger. I guide you to anchor a deeply relaxed, quiet state of mind that you can call up at bedtime, with the suggestion that when you close your eyes and use the technique you drift off and rest through the night. I also send you a written handout afterward that walks through how to practice the self hypnosis daily, so it becomes a habit rather than a one time experience. Better sleep is one of the most common things people report back to me.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. The hypnotherapy certification. There is no way around it and no shortcut through it. The 220 hour program certified through IACT is the foundation the rest of the path stands on. From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds.
