It is natural to wonder about this. While some past life memories can involve challenging themes, you always experience them from a place of safety and perspective. You are the observer as well as the participant. I am with you throughout the entire session, and we can always adjust the experience if something feels overwhelming. Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression.
