Immediately after you cross over at the end of the past life, I conduct a thorough past life review while you are still in a relaxed state. That is where you identify any physical carryovers, clear old soul vows and process the lessons. After you wake we complete a debriefing talk to go over what was uncovered. I record every session and deliver an audio copy to you. My suggestion is to listen to the recording with a notebook in hand, because there is typically more in it than you remember, and writing it down is how the insights integrate into your life.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try. Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love. When you see these pre birth agreements for yourself in a past life regression or QHHT session, many people find they can look at a hard relationship with compassion instead of anger.

That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here.
