Yes, during a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your Higher Self or your spirit guides to do a thorough scan of your body. The scan looks at what you already know about and at anything you may not be aware of yet. I usually frame it across the four aspects of a whole person, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Your Higher Self can then describe what is out of balance, explain the spiritual lesson behind it, and offer insight into what your body needs. Many of my clients find the scan is where the session gets very practical, because the information is specific to them and comes from a part of themselves that knows the whole picture.

I watch for that flutter as valuable real time feedback. It tells me you have moved past your logical thoughts and entered the level of deep trance where the past life work happens.
