Yes, you can set a clear intention before we go into hypnosis to visit a specific period, culture or civilization, whether that is ancient Rome, Egypt or a Mayan lifetime. I will say that your soul, or Higher Self, ultimately chooses the past life that holds the most important lesson for your growth right now, and that may or may not match what your logical mind is curious about. Even so, a strong intention set during our pre talk acts like a compass. In my experience it often guides your subconscious straight to the lifetime you have been drawn to. So bring the request. We will state it clearly and then let your Higher Self lead.

Yes. ADHD, a busy mind or a hard time with silent meditation has not kept my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state that everyone cycles through every day, and you do not have to sit perfectly still to get there. Over twenty years I have developed ways of stacking several hypnotic inductions on top of one another, and that layering is designed specifically to keep a busy analytical mind occupied so it can step aside. It is a progressive relaxation, so the overactive conscious mind is gently guided out of the way rather than fought with.
