Yes, during a Quantum Healing session you can ask your Higher Self or your spirit guides to do a thorough scan of your body. The scan looks at what you already know about and at anything you may not be aware of yet. I usually frame it across the four aspects of a whole person, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Your Higher Self can then describe what is out of balance, explain the spiritual lesson behind it, and offer insight into what your body needs. Many of my clients find the scan is where the session gets very practical, because the information is specific to them and comes from a part of themselves that sees the whole picture.

Yes, and it is common. In my framework we plan our lifetimes together with our soul group, choosing friends who will play both supportive partners and challenging antagonists to spark our growth. During the past life review, or by giving your Higher Self the suggestion to go to your group, you can arrive in a beautiful non physical space where your spiritual family is gathered. Clients tell me the comfort of that meeting is hard to put into words. It confirms that you are never truly alone, and it often helps you recognize the karmic partners who keep showing up in your current life, and understand why they are there.

You can, and I generally suggest spacing them out. Doing a Past Life Regression, QHHT and Life Between Lives inside a short window is something I call the Grand Slam, and it is possible. But these are deep sessions with intense emotional and energetic work in them, and in my experience it is best to allow several weeks, or even a quarter, between one and the next. That space gives your mind and body time to process, digest and integrate what came through into your daily life before you go into another deep trance. My clients who leave room between sessions typically find each one lands more fully than it would if they were stacked back to back.

No, your future is not set in stone. In my framework, you take part in a planning process before you are born. Your soul chooses your parents, your body and the main lessons you came here to learn, things like compassion or patience. What I have seen in sessions, though, is that this plan is a high level outline of major milestones rather than a minute by minute script. Once you are here, you have full free will. When you reach a crossroads in life, your choices decide which way you go, so what lies ahead is a set of probable outcomes rather than one fixed destiny. The plan gives you the big picture.
