Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect. Positive actions attract positive circumstances, and when a soul fails to fully understand a key lesson, the unfinished business carries over as a karmic debt. During the past life review at the end of a session you can examine these difficult cycles directly. Once you identify the specific lesson your soul was meant to learn, such as forgiveness or self trust, from a past life contract, you can actively cancel or rewrite that ancient agreement. What tends to happen is that the unhealed karmic debt clears, and my clients often report that the repetitive relationship or personal pattern loses its hold on them afterward.

Hypnosis feels like the natural state you pass through right before falling asleep, when you are neither fully awake nor fully asleep. Here is how I describe the brainwave states to my clients. Beta is your active, conscious waking state. Alpha is light meditation or light hypnosis. Theta is the deep trance where past lives are accessed, often accompanied by fluttering eyes. Delta is deep sleep or profound trance. Unlike sleep, where your conscious mind switches off, in hypnosis and meditation you remain fully aware of your surroundings. The difference between the two is direction. Meditation is about stillness, while hypnosis is active and goal oriented, with a conversation running the whole time.

Sessions are private and one on one, so you will be alone in a quiet room for the duration. Here is why. Having another person in the room creates an energetic distraction. Clients unconsciously worry about their partner's reactions, feel vulnerable or hold back their true feelings, and a deep, focused Theta trance needs you fully present with your own experience. I ask for a space free of two legged or four legged distractions. The good news is that the session is recorded, so you can share every bit of it with your spouse or family afterward, and many of my clients do exactly that. They get the full story, and you get the depth that comes from privacy.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they see the agreement underneath.

Feeling stuck or disjointed during a spiritual awakening usually means your old identity is shifting and you are starting to perceive reality beyond the physical, and the ground moves under you for a while. A stubborn emotional block, a professional anxiety or a relationship pattern in this life often traces back to what hypnotists call an initial sensitizing event, or to a self protective contract your soul made in a past life. I use a technique called regression to cause. It guides you back to the exact moment that block or belief locked into place. Once you examine and understand the original situation, your subconscious gets to see that the old protection has done its job and can be set down. What tends to happen is that the contract releases, the modern block loosens with it, and clients often tell me they finally feel able to move forward with confidence.
