Yes, in my experience an online session over Zoom is every bit as deep as one done in person. Once you take a deep breath and close your eyes, all you need is my voice to navigate your subconscious, and my voice comes through your earbuds just the same. Being at home actually helps. You are in your own comfort, safety and privacy, and my clients typically relax more deeply there than they would in an unfamiliar room.
