How many sessions will I need?

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I began studying with Dolores Cannon in 2008 and returned each year for the next four years. As I tell my students, I have taken what I learned and made it my own. This allows me to provide each client with what they need most during their session, rather than following a rigid protocol. The result is a deeply personalized experience that draws on the best of multiple traditions, all conducted online so you can access this work from wherever you are.

Will I remember what happens during the session?

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.
