You can still have a full, rich session seeing only black or grey, because you do not need to see anything like a movie. Some of my clients see vivid pictures. Many more experience the past life through impressions, feelings, sounds, or a deep sense of knowing, which is especially common for regular meditators. If you hit a wall where everything is dark, I have ways around it. One of the simplest is asking you to tell me what shoes are on your feet, even if you have to make it up. What typically happens is that the small detail opens the door and the memories start flowing on their own.

Healing on a spiritual level is very possible in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session, and it is not a magic wand. Here is how I explain it to my clients. If a physical challenge or a long running illness is tied directly to a lesson your soul came to Earth to learn, your Higher Self will not simply erase it, because that would interfere with your growth. What tends to happen instead is that your guides hand you breadcrumbs, actionable instructions on what you need to do to heal yourself. Sometimes they grant partial relief, easing a good share of the symptoms, to assist you while you actively work on the lesson. So ask for healing, and stay open to the form the answer takes. In my experience the help arrives in the way that serves your growth best.

We keep going, and I do not charge extra for the additional time. I treat session length as a moving target because I refuse to rush your healing. A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. If you are in the middle of a breakthrough or a past life review when the typical time is up, I stay with you until the process is safely and fully finished. My clients often tell me that knowing there is no clock running is part of what lets them relax so deeply.

I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis. It happens without interrupting your experience at all. Between the camera, the count and the ongoing conversation we keep through the whole session, I always have a good read on where you are.

Repetitive conflicts or intense struggles with your partner are often structured on a soul level to trigger necessary growth. Before birth your souls agreed to incarnate together to help each other resolve old karmic patterns or learn lessons such as compassion or boundaries. Under hypnosis you can trace the conflict pattern back to its original past life cause. Realizing that the ancient struggle belongs to a previous incarnation helps your subconscious release the current relational trigger, and what tends to happen is that the same old argument loses its charge. My clients often report more harmony and peace at home afterward, not because their partner changed but because the pattern underneath the fight has been seen and set down.

I feel that I connect with my own guides, as well as others in spirit, during sessions, and one way I do that is through my pendulum and sometimes muscle testing. I cannot say for sure where the answers come from. It may be my guides, your guides, the Masters of Light I have written about on the blog, or another guide who is a guide to one of your guides, but there is a connection, and the answers come. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Think of it as a second line on the phone. The answers come through your voice first, and these tools give me a fast, reliable way to check them.
