Once you take a deep breath and close your eyes, all you need is my voice to navigate your subconscious, and my voice comes through your earbuds just the same. Being at home actually helps. You are in your own comfort, safety and privacy, and my clients typically relax more deeply there than they would in an unfamiliar room. You also skip the commute and the traffic before and after what can be a profound emotional experience, so you can rest and let it settle. Every session I facilitate is online over Zoom.

You are safe if the Zoom connection drops, and we have a plan for it before we begin. During the pre talk I establish a simple protocol.
