Yes, a restroom break is easy to manage, even in a four to five hour Quantum Healing Hypnosis session. If you need one, I guide you up just enough out of trance to take care of business, and when you come back I take you right back down as deep as you were before. Nothing is lost. I am also watching how you are doing physically throughout the session, and if it looks like you could use a break I will ask before you have to bring it up. My clients typically find that a short pause like this is a normal part of a long session and the flow picks right back up where we left off.

Nausea or vomiting during a childhood, womb or past life regression is rare, and when it happens it is a physical release of trapped emotional trauma. One woman I worked with did her online session in her SUV in her driveway and threw up fifteen to twenty times during the session. She insisted on continuing, so I helped her move safely through the memories. Her body was purging a deep past life trauma of being physically restrained, and by the end she described feeling relieved and lighter. If your body responds strongly in a session, it is doing what it needs to do, and you are in the driver's seat the whole way. We can pause any time you want.

You are safe if the Zoom connection drops, and we have a plan for it before we begin. During the pre talk I establish a simple protocol. If you do not hear my voice for a minute or two, you naturally and gently open your eyes and emerge from hypnosis on your own. Then you redial on Zoom or call me back on the phone and we resume where we left off. On my end I have fiber internet with a backup connection, and I block off an extra hour or two on my schedule so any connection hiccup can be managed without rushing your session. My clients tell me that knowing this ahead of time takes the worry off the table.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.

I feel that I connect with my own guides, as well as others in spirit, during sessions, and one way I do that is through my pendulum and sometimes muscle testing. I cannot say for sure where the answers come from. It may be my guides, your guides, the Masters of Light I have written about on the blog, or another guide who is a guide to one of your guides, but there is a connection, and the answers come. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Think of it as a second line on the phone. The answers come through your voice first, and these tools give me a fast, reliable way to check them.

Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable. Refusing to forgive is like drinking a glass of poison and waiting for the other person to die. It only harms you. Forgiveness of self can create powerful healing as well. Forgiving another person, or yourself, while you are in a deep hypnotic state is a different experience from trying to do it with your everyday mind, because the analytical mind is out of the way. What my clients typically report is that trapped emotions like anger and hate finally have somewhere to go, and what replaces them feels like peace and compassion. In my experience that release is one of the most healing things that happens in a session.
