Psychedelic plants such as mushrooms, psilocybin or ayahuasca are used by some people in other settings, and for a regression session they are unnecessary and I discourage them. Hypnosis on its own reaches the deep Theta brainwave state, and coming in clear gives you an authentic, stable state of focused relaxation. I have had clients who insisted on using plant medicine during a session, and as the substance wore off they became exhausted, struggled to focus or wanted to stop early. A sober session also means you can integrate what you learn afterward with a clear head. Everything you are looking for is available to you through hypnosis alone.
