An analytical, left brain mind, which I see often in engineers and software developers, is no barrier to hypnosis. To quiet that logical chatter I use a simple visual exercise I call the Ball Game. You imagine holding a ball, you toss it up, and you watch it turn into a balloon. That is the whole thing. It sounds almost too simple, but what it does is shift you from trying to analyze what is happening into simply allowing impressions to flow from your subconscious. Once that shift happens, the critical mind steps out of the way and my analytical clients access deep memories and knowings just as easily as anyone else.

The Council of Elders is a group of highly advanced, loving spiritual beings you meet during a Life Between Lives session. They are not there to judge you. My scheduling software only offers appointments at 10 AM or later, and I know that does not fit everyone, especially if you have childcare constraints or an early afternoon pickup. To secure an earlier start, book the earliest available 10 AM slot on the calendar and then send me a follow up email or text asking for 9 AM. I can manually override the restriction on my end and move the session to a 9 AM start. That gives you time to complete a four to five hour quantum healing session before your afternoon responsibilities. Just let me know what you need and we will make it fit.

The womb regression is an important transition step in your session. While you were developing in your mother's belly, your consciousness was highly sensitive and absorbed whatever she was feeling. If she went through fear, anxiety or panic during that time, you may have carried those emotions into adult life believing they were your own. In trance I guide you to look at the womb environment and notice what was actually going on. Clients are often surprised to realize that a heavy feeling they have had all their lives belonged to their mother. Once you see that clearly, you can hand it back and clear it from your energy, and many people describe a real sense of relief.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.

Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love.
