You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up under hypnosis, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. You stay aware the whole time, you can speak to me at any point, and you are in the driver's seat. Clients often tell me the scene they were most afraid of turned out to be the one that helped them most.

Yes, in my experience an online session over Zoom is every bit as deep as one done in person. Once you take a deep breath and close your eyes, all you need is my voice to navigate your subconscious, and my voice comes through your earbuds just the same. Being at home actually helps. You are in your own comfort, safety and privacy, and my clients typically relax more deeply there than they would in an unfamiliar room. You also skip the commute and the traffic before and after what can be a profound emotional experience, so you can rest and let it settle. Every session I facilitate is online over Zoom.

An earthbound soul is a human spirit that left its physical body at death but did not cross over into the light, staying stuck on Earth because of confusion, fear or lingering attachments. These spirits can attach to the living as energetic nuisances. A dark force entity, or DF, is different. It is a non human, negative energy that has never lived in a physical body. I use clinical Spirit Releasement Therapy for both, calling on the Archangels to clear them safely. My clients often ask which one they are dealing with, and the pendulum and muscle testing help me verify exactly what is present before we begin the release, so the work is precise rather than guesswork.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.

No, your future is not set in stone. In my framework, you take part in a planning process before you are born. Your soul chooses your parents, your body and the main lessons you came here to learn, things like compassion or patience. What I have seen in sessions, though, is that this plan is a high level outline of major milestones rather than a minute by minute script. Once you are here, you have full free will. When you reach a crossroads in life, your choices decide which way you go, so what lies ahead is a set of probable outcomes rather than one fixed destiny. The plan gives you the big picture. How you walk it is up to you.
