Yes. In my experience past lives are not limited to Earth or to human form. I have had clients regress to lifetimes on other planets. One recalled a world with two blue suns in the sky, blue skin and exceptionally long hands and fingers. I have also guided clients through lifetimes as other species, including one who experienced being an S shaped fish with no eyes and no way to speak. In these off planet or non human lifetimes the soul is going through unique experiences designed for accelerated growth before it chooses to incarnate on Earth. If your session takes you somewhere unexpected, let it. Those are often the lifetimes with the most to teach you.

Nausea or vomiting during a childhood, womb or past life regression is rare, and when it happens it is a physical release of trapped emotional trauma. One woman I worked with did her online session in her SUV in her driveway and threw up fifteen to twenty times during the session. She insisted on continuing, so I helped her move safely through the memories. Her body was purging a deep past life trauma of being physically restrained, and by the end she described feeling relieved and lighter. Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect, what goes around comes around. In my framework, karmic debts or unresolved patterns come with you from past lifetimes when your soul did not fully take in a key lesson from an experience. During the past life review near the end of a session, you get to look at those difficult cycles with a wider view. When you consciously identify the lesson your soul was meant to learn, forgiveness or self trust for example, the pattern loses its grip. Clients often tell me that once they see the lesson clearly, they stop repeating the same painful loop in this life. That is what clearing karma looks like in practice, understanding rather than punishment.

Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.

I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis. It happens without interrupting your experience at all. Between the camera, the count and the ongoing conversation we keep through the whole session, I always have a good read on where you are.
