Emotional constipation is my term for what happens to empaths and highly sensitive people who unconsciously absorb other people's stress, grief or anger and store it in their own bodies. That energetic buildup tends to show up as physical tension, worry and fatigue, and you may not connect it to anyone else at all. In a private session I actively locate where those absorbed emotions are being held in your physical body. Then I guide you through a safe release process and teach you custom grounding techniques you can use on your own afterward. Clients often tell me they feel lighter and more balanced once that buildup has cleared, and the grounding tools help them keep it from stacking up again.

Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect, what goes around comes around. In my experience, karmic debts or unresolved patterns come with you from past lifetimes when your soul did not fully take in a key lesson from an experience. During the past life review near the end of a session, you get to look at those difficult cycles with a wider view. When you consciously identify the lesson your soul was meant to learn, forgiveness or self trust for example, the pattern loses its grip. Clients often tell me that once they recognize the lesson clearly, they stop repeating the same painful loop in this life. That is what clearing karma looks like in practice, understanding rather than punishment.

Because your imagination is the delivery system. We normally take in information through our eyes and our ears, and this is not like that. The information comes through your inner senses, it enters your imagination, and you use your imagination to translate it into words so you can share it with me, so it can seem like you are making it up. Here is the difference between this and a dream, and a friend and fellow regressionist puts it perfectly. In a dream your conscious mind is asleep, so if purple pigs fly by carrying blue umbrellas, you do not question it, you just let the dream unfold. In hypnosis your conscious mind is in the background observing, and it may object that pigs are not purple and they do not fly, especially not with blue umbrellas. Yet when a dream ends and you look at the imagery, there is always meaning in it. So say the first thing that comes to mind, keep making it up, and save the analysis for after the session. We will talk about it once you open your eyes.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your guides directly about your intuition, and better access to it is one of the commonly asked questions my clients bring. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.

After a session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and perhaps a bit tired. It is common to experience a shift in perspective and a greater sense of clarity about your life. The insights gained during the regression often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks. I always recommend taking some quiet time for reflection after our work together, allowing the profound wisdom of your soul to fully integrate.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they discover the agreement underneath.
