Regression to Cause is a foundational hypnotherapy technique for finding the very first sensitizing event behind a current block, fear or unwanted habit, and it does not have to be a past life. Very often the root sits in childhood, in the womb, or earlier in adult life. Rather than steering you toward a past life explanation, the process builds a bridge backward in time and follows the feeling to wherever it actually began. Once we are standing at the origin, we can do the work of resolving it there. In my experience, finding the true source is what makes the release hold, because you are addressing the event itself rather than the symptoms it left behind.

The remaining balance, $330 for a Past Life Regression or $470 for Quantum Healing Hypnosis, is paid before we begin on your scheduled day. Many of my clients like this because the date is locked in right away and the rest can wait until the session itself.

My hypnotherapy and regression certification training hours are recognized by the major professional hypnosis organizations, IACT and IMDHA. For licensed clinical professionals such as LPCs who need Continuing Education Units, the answer depends on your state licensing board's criteria. Each board sets its own rules about which hours it accepts, so I suggest checking with yours beforehand to see whether IACT approved courses qualify. Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love.
