Healing on a spiritual level is very possible in a session, and it is not a magic wand. Here is how I explain it to my clients. If a physical challenge or a long running illness is tied directly to a lesson your soul came to Earth to learn, your Higher Self will not simply erase it, because that would interfere with your growth. What tends to happen instead is that your guides hand you breadcrumbs, actionable instructions on what you need to do to heal yourself. Sometimes they grant partial relief, easing a good share of the symptoms, to assist you while you actively work on the lesson. So ask for healing, and stay open to the form the answer takes. In my experience the help arrives in the way that serves your growth best.

Yes, you stay in the driver's seat the entire time. Hypnosis in my sessions is a state of heightened, focused awareness. Your conscious mind is present as an observer through the whole experience, so you hear everything, you know where you are, and you are choosing to take part. You can open your eyes whenever you like, ask me to pause, or decline to answer any question that feels uncomfortable, and I will follow your lead. Nothing about this resembles stage entertainment, and you will never be asked to do anything silly. What my clients typically notice is the opposite of losing themselves. They feel more aware of their own inner world, not less, and they come out of the session with a clear memory of what they said and saw.

On the day itself, keep your regular morning coffee or tea if you drink it daily, because caffeine withdrawal can bring on a headache right when you want to be relaxed. Just limit the amount so you do not arrive feeling jittery. Go easy on liquids right before we start too, so you are not needing constant restroom breaks in the middle of a past life. Beyond that, my clients do best when they come in curious and rested rather than trying to make anything happen. The preparation is simple on purpose.

They hold a high bar, and you formally apply rather than simply signing up. They look for at least 200 hours of formal hypnosis and regression training, hypnotherapy and past life regression training completed through an approved instructor, and real experience in the chair. That last one is the part people underestimate. They want one to two years of active practice and at least 40 documented past life regression sessions with your own clients before you enroll. My courses are approved to satisfy those prerequisites, and I will be honest with you about where you are on that road whenever you want to talk it through.

Intuitive downloads can come from within, and in my experience they are often messages sent straight to you by your Higher Self or your spirit guides. The message is usually getting through just fine. What tends to get in the way is our own analytical doubt, that habit of second guessing what we receive instead of trusting it. So at the end of your session I teach you self hypnosis techniques you can use at home. You learn to settle into a relaxed state, go to a special place we set up during the session, and connect there with your guidance. Many of my clients find that with a little practice they start to communicate and receive clear signs on their own, and they come to recognize the intuitive talents they already had.

That instant, unexplainable familiarity with someone is often a sign that your souls have shared many past lives. Souls travel and incarnate together in groups, working on shared lessons over many lifetimes and trading roles as spouses, siblings, parents and close friends. Before your session you fill out a cast of characters list with the important people in your life. As past life scenes come up, I cross reference that list, and clients are frequently surprised to recognize a current spouse or friend in a very different role. Seeing the original agreements and karmic bonds behind the connection tends to bring clarity, and many people come away understanding why this particular relationship feels so deep.
