Yes, it is a very safe and supportive process, particularly when working with a well-trained, qualified, and experienced past life therapist. Your subconscious mind is always protecting you and will only bring forward memories or information that you are ready to handle and process. I have been doing this work since 2003 and have guided thousands of clients safely through their spiritual journeys. You are in control at all times and can open your eyes and end the session whenever you choose.

Yes, a restroom break is easy to manage, even in a four to five hour Quantum Healing session. If you need one, I guide you up just enough out of trance to take care of business, and when you come back I take you right back down as deep as you were before. Nothing is lost. I am also watching how you are doing physically throughout the session, and if it looks like you could use a break I will ask before you have to bring it up. My clients typically find that a short pause like this is a normal part of a long session and the flow picks right back up where we left off.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a deep hypnosis technique that guides you to a very profound level of trance. Intense, irrational likes and dislikes are very often carryovers from previous lives. An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and see where the feeling comes from.

Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world.
