Yes, it is a very safe and supportive process, particularly when working with a well-trained, qualified, and experienced past life therapist. You are in control at all times and can open your eyes and end the session whenever you choose.

Yes, a restroom break is easy to manage, even in a four to five hour Quantum Healing session. If you need one, I guide you up just enough out of trance to take care of business, and when you come back I take you right back down as deep as you were before. Nothing is lost. I am also watching how you are doing physically throughout the session, and if it looks like you could use a break I will ask before you have to bring it up. My clients typically find that a short pause like this is a normal part of a long session and the flow picks right back up where we left off.

An obsession with the Victorian era, a strong aversion to a particular culture, a refusal to watch anything medieval like Game of Thrones, these tend to have a story behind them. Your soul carries cellular memories of where you have lived and how you died. In my experience an obsession usually points to a comforting lifetime where you were happy and fulfilled, while a severe aversion typically marks a past life of real suffering in that region or era, imprisonment, trauma, or a hard death. A regression lets you go back and see where the feeling comes from.
