A Past Life Regression focuses on exploring a specific previous incarnation. A Life Between Lives session goes further. In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.
