An analytical, left brain mind, which I see often in engineers and software developers, is no barrier to hypnosis. To quiet that logical chatter I use a simple visual exercise I call the Ball Game. You imagine holding a ball, you toss it up, and you watch it turn into a balloon. That is the whole thing. It sounds almost too simple, but what it does is shift you from trying to analyze what is happening into simply allowing impressions to flow from your subconscious. Once that shift happens, the critical mind steps out of the way and my analytical clients access deep memories and knowings just as easily as anyone else.

You are safe if the Zoom connection drops, and we have a plan for it before we begin. During the pre talk I establish a simple protocol. If you do not hear my voice for a minute or two, you naturally and gently open your eyes and emerge from hypnosis on your own. Then you redial on Zoom or call me back on the phone and we resume where we left off. On my end I have fiber internet with a backup connection, and I block off an extra hour or two on my schedule so any connection hiccup can be managed without rushing your session. My clients tell me that knowing this ahead of time takes the worry off the table.

Karma is the spiritual law of cause and effect. Positive actions attract positive circumstances, and when a soul fails to fully understand a key lesson, the unfinished business carries over as a karmic debt. During the past life review at the end of a session you can examine these difficult cycles directly. Once you identify the specific lesson your soul was meant to learn, such as forgiveness or self trust, from a past life contract, you can actively cancel or rewrite that ancient agreement. What tends to happen is that the unhealed karmic debt clears, and my clients often report that the repetitive relationship or personal pattern loses its hold on them afterward.

If you carry memories of dying as a soldier, you are in familiar territory for me. Clients with spontaneous recall of historic battles often carry residual physical and emotional weight from that death into this life. In hypnosis I use release techniques to separate that battlefield energy from your modern body. Reviewing the event from an observer's perspective helps your subconscious take in that the war is over and that you are safe in your current body today. Many people find the fear and tension they carried eases once that message lands. The memory stays, but its grip loosens.

Those intuitive flashes, hunches and psychic knowings are often messages your spirit guides or Higher Self are dropping into your mind. Under hypnosis, clients discover that what they had been writing off as random thoughts, odd coincidences or their brain doing something weird is actually real spiritual guidance. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you can ask your guides about your gifts directly and how to use them. From there we work on trusting it. I teach self hypnosis anchors and progressive relaxation so you can quiet the logical, analytical part of your mind on your own. With practice, many people learn to hear these signals comfortably, recognize them when they arrive and trust them enough to navigate their lives by them. Understanding the gift is the first step, and using it well is the second.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in is more common than you might think, and it is one of the things people bring to a session as a question. I do not tell you where it comes from ahead of time, and I do not paint a picture during the session either. I ask you what you notice and let your own experience do the explaining. What I will say is that when someone finds the source of that feeling for themselves, the grief tends to lift, and settling into life here gets easier. The discovering is what helps, and it works best when every bit of it is yours.
