I have had clients who insisted on using plant medicine during a session, and as the substance wore off they became exhausted, struggled to focus or wanted to stop early. A sober session also means you can integrate what you learn afterward with a clear head. Everything you are looking for is available to you through hypnosis alone.

Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced.
