Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

You can still have a full, rich session seeing only black or grey, because you do not need to see anything like a movie. Some of my clients see vivid pictures. Many more experience the past life through impressions, feelings, sounds, or a deep sense of knowing, which is especially common for regular meditators. If you hit a wall where everything is dark, I have ways around it. One of the simplest is asking you to tell me what shoes are on your feet, even if you have to make it up. What typically happens is that the small detail opens the door and the memories start flowing on their own.

Yes, you stay in the driver's seat the entire time. Hypnosis in my sessions is a state of heightened, focused awareness. Your conscious mind is present as an observer through the whole experience, so you hear everything, you know where you are, and you are choosing to take part. You can open your eyes whenever you like, ask me to pause, or decline to answer any question that feels uncomfortable, and I will follow your lead. Nothing about this resembles stage entertainment, and you will never be asked to do anything silly. What my clients typically notice is the opposite of losing themselves. They feel more aware of their own inner world, not less, and they come out of the session with a clear memory of what they said and saw.

Repetitive conflicts or intense struggles with your partner are often structured on a soul level to trigger necessary growth. Before birth your souls agreed to incarnate together to help each other resolve old karmic patterns or learn lessons such as compassion or boundaries. Under hypnosis you can trace the conflict pattern back to its original past life cause. Realizing that the ancient struggle belongs to a previous incarnation helps your subconscious release the current relational trigger, and what tends to happen is that the same old argument loses its charge. No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session tailored to you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.

This is one of the most powerful questions I have added to my list of commonly asked questions, and the answers rarely focus on material success, wealth or professional status. When clients pose it to their Higher Self or guides during the question and answer segment, the guidance typically directs them to look back from the end of their physical lifetime and evaluate their soul level progress. Seen from there, the most significant achievements are typically revealed to be your spiritual growth, learning to practice unconditional self love and the deep, loving connections you shared with others.
