No, please come to your session sober. Psychedelic plants such as mushrooms, psilocybin or ayahuasca are used by some people in other settings, and for a regression session they are unnecessary and I discourage them. Hypnosis on its own reaches the deep Theta brainwave state, and coming in clear gives you an authentic, stable state of focused relaxation. I have had clients who insisted on using plant medicine during a session, and as the substance wore off they became exhausted, struggled to focus or wanted to stop early. A sober session also means you can integrate what you learn afterward with a clear head. Everything you are looking for is available to you through hypnosis alone.

Yes. I work with nicotine and behavioral habits regularly. In my experience the physical part of a nicotine habit passes within three to five days. The real hold is the program between your ears, the one that links the habit to specific anchors, like reaching for a vape the moment the phone rings. Hypnosis lets us step past the conscious mind and find the emotional trigger, or sometimes a past life contract, that has you reaching for it in the first place. When that original emotional seed is cleared, the craving tends to lose its grip, and I replace the old anchors with healthy ones before we finish.
