Life Between Lives goes to the deepest level of soul memory, so a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first to build the depth to reach it. An LBL session focuses on the spiritual realm itself, what your soul experiences after a death and before the next incarnation, including your soul group and the Council of Elders. Those memories are exceptionally deep and complex. A first session in either Past Life Regression or Quantum Healing Hypnosis trains your mind to go to that hypnotic depth comfortably and to translate subconscious impressions into words, so when you come back for LBL you already know how it feels and the experience can be full and meaningful. Either one qualifies as your first session, and I suggest Past Life Regression mainly for people who know they are heading toward LBL.

Yes. In my experience, long standing tight spots and discomfort there are frequently carryovers of a past life injury to that part of the body. Your modern body holds onto that trauma as a phantom physical trigger. Under hypnosis I use release techniques to locate and examine the original event from a safe, detached observer perspective, without reliving it. Realizing the trauma belongs exclusively to a past life lets the body set the physical trigger down. Clients often tell me the tightness eases during the review itself, and that they finally have an explanation for something no one had been able to account for.

Michael Newton wrote Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls, the books that introduced Life Between Lives hypnotherapy to the world, and the institute that carries his name still trains and certifies LBL practitioners today. Life Between Lives is the name he gave to deep hypnotic work centered on the period between incarnations, what your soul does after one life and before the next. I found out in 2007 that he was coming out of retirement to teach, and I made sure to be there. I traveled to Chicago that year to train with him, and that training is when I decided to specialize in spiritual hypnotherapy. I later served as a teaching assistant for LBL training, spent time with Michael at the Newton Institute strategy meeting at San Damiano in 2011, and returned there for LBL teacher training in 2014. That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging is something I hear from spiritually sensitive people, and I am careful not to hand you an explanation before your session. I would rather you discover where the feeling comes from than have me paint a picture in advance, because whatever you find needs to be yours. What I can say is that people who bring this feeling to a session tend to find something that makes sense of it, and once they do, the isolation starts to ease. Bring it with you as one of your questions, and we will let your own experience answer it.

Your Higher Self and your guides are deeply committed to your soul's development, and that means they will not cheat on your soul's test. If giving you a direct answer to a question on your list in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session would interfere with a lesson you are meant to figure out on your own, they hold back. Revealing your exact future or solving a hard lesson for you would rob you of the growth you came here for. When this happens in a session I pivot. I ask what steps you can take to learn the lesson yourself, and the guides typically offer helpful breadcrumbs while preserving your growth. My clients often find that the reframed question brings a richer answer than the original one would have.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Clients who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.
