Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Get a good night's sleep, avoid alcohol or heavy meals beforehand, and find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. When you schedule your session, you will receive a detailed preparation email with everything you need to get ready. Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.
