It's been a few months since my past life regression session & I have been profoundly touched by the assistance given. Many things that I felt were confirmed. I have used many tools in my grief therapy and this one was such a lamp. I am now preparing for a second session(it is very overwhelming in my opinion and mentally freeing but exhausting at the same time)to continue on my healing journey and I truly consider it an educational investment. It's one of those things that once you have knowledge can't be taken away from you. Highly recommend. I prepared prior to my first session by simple audio meditation so that I would be familiar and comfortable with the process but I really felt like Mark walks you through it all so it's not a necessity.

I've experienced Past Life Regression via hypnosis in the past (both group and individual), but the session I had with Mark was decidedly different. Unlike those previous appointments, Mark set aside plenty of time to talk with me about what I hoped to accomplish and explain the hypnosis process in general. Because of the current shelter-in-place ordinance, we agreed to meet via Zoom. I had my doubts about conducting the session online, but I found that being able to relax in my own home actually enhanced the experience and put me completely at ease. If you're considering Past Life Regression or hypnosis in general, I would highly recommend making an appointment with Mark. His extensive knowledge, caring personality, and years of experience put him head and shoulders above anyone else.

I recently had a session with Mark for Past Life Regression and while I am still processing the information I received, I can report that the experience had a profound effect on me. After spending a considerable amount of time educating me on the process and learning about my expectations for the session, Mark was able to take me into an incredibly relaxed hypnotic state very quickly and with ease. After recalling pleasant childhood memories from this lifetime, we visited two of past lives where I was able to gain insight into the possible influences from those lifetimes that have impacted my current lifetime. Mark also helped me identify my guides and connect specifically with one guide that I am now able to comfortably connect with anytime. During the session, Mark helped me release recurring feelings of guilt and shame that I believe carried over from a past life, as well as emotions that may be the root cause of recurring physical pain from migraines. Past Life Regression Training - Mark V. Johnson is an expert at hypnosis training at the highest levels, such as past-life regression and Life Between Lives. I felt confident with his credentials at the Michael Newton Institute, and was rewarded with an amazing 6 day training with a very special group of fellow students and new friends. Mark provides all the support, guidance, materials, and help that anyone could possibly need to become proficient at their training goals and is easy to work with. The zoom format lost nothing in transmission and makes it much more convenient than traveling to and from another location. I feel I got all I wanted and then some from it all. Highly recommended.
