A past life contract, vow or promise is an absolute decision your soul makes during a difficult lifetime, often using powerful words like always or never. If you do not specify for the rest of this life when you make the vow, the promise bridges across lifetimes on a soul level. For example, a soul devastated by losing a partner might vow, I will never get close to anyone ever again. That contract carries over, and you may find yourself unconsciously sabotaging relationships in your current life without knowing why. During the past life review at the end of a session we identify the contract, look at it with fresh eyes and cancel it. My clients often recognize the vow the moment they hear themselves say it.

Feeling like you are making it up is incredibly common, and it happens because your subconscious uses your creative imagination to translate memories into words. So my instruction is simple. If it feels like you are making it up, keep making it up and go with the flow without stopping to analyze it. Analyzing is what pulls you out. After the session we look at the experience together, objectively. Genuine hypnotic recall carries an emotional depth and physical responses, tears for instance, that the conscious mind cannot easily force or fake. Clients often realize in that debrief that what felt like imagination in the moment came with feelings they had no way to manufacture on purpose.

Yes. In my experience past lives are not limited to Earth or to human form. I have had clients regress to lifetimes on other planets. One recalled a world with two blue suns in the sky, blue skin and exceptionally long hands and fingers. I have also guided clients through lifetimes as other species, including one who experienced being an S shaped fish with no eyes and no way to speak. In these off planet or non human lifetimes the soul is going through unique experiences designed for accelerated growth before it chooses to incarnate on Earth. If your session takes you somewhere unexpected, let it. Those are often the lifetimes with the most to teach you.

Yes. Positive talents and abilities from past lives, things like writing, teaching, music or healing, are carried forward in your soul's cellular memory. One client of mine had always been drawn to flying, and on his very first lesson he could handle the plane by instinct, because he had been a pilot in a previous life. When we access those lifetimes in trance, I ask your subconscious mind to bring those positive talents forward with you. What tends to happen is that abilities you have barely touched become easier to learn and to amplify, and clients often find themselves using them in their careers or creative work in ways they had not expected.

Because a Life Between Lives session asks for a great deal of hypnotic depth and a very quiet mind, and that takes some preparation. LBL is the pinnacle of spiritual regression, and a Past Life Regression or QHHT session comes first. When I check a client's readiness for LBL with my pendulum or muscle testing, my guides often suggest waiting two to three months after that first session. The gap gives you time to process and integrate what came up in the past life work, builds up what I call your hypnotic muscle memory, and leaves you energetically prepared to enter the spirit realm comfortably. In my experience that patience pays off in the depth of the LBL session itself.

Forgiveness in this work means taking your own power back, and it has nothing to do with saying what someone did was acceptable. Refusing to forgive is like drinking a glass of poison and waiting for the other person to die. It only harms you. Forgiveness of self can create powerful healing as well. Forgiving another person, or yourself, while you are in a deep hypnotic state is a different experience from trying to do it with your everyday mind, because the analytical mind is out of the way. What my clients typically report is that trapped emotions like anger and hate finally have somewhere to go, and what replaces them feels like peace and compassion. In my experience that release is one of the most healing things that happens in a session.
