Healing on a spiritual level is very possible in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session, and it is not a magic wand. Here is how I explain it to my clients. If a physical challenge or a long running illness is tied directly to a lesson your soul came to Earth to learn, your Higher Self will not simply erase it, because that would interfere with your growth. What tends to happen instead is that your guides hand you breadcrumbs, actionable instructions on what you need to do to heal yourself. Sometimes they grant partial relief, easing a good share of the symptoms, to assist you while you actively work on the lesson. So ask for healing, and stay open to the form the answer takes. You are safe if the Zoom connection drops, and we have a plan for it before we begin. During the pre talk I establish a simple protocol. If you do not hear my voice for a minute or two, you naturally and gently open your eyes and emerge from hypnosis on your own. Then you redial on Zoom or call me back on the phone and we resume where we left off. On my end I have fiber internet with a backup connection, and I block off an extra hour or two on my schedule so any connection hiccup can be managed without rushing your session. My clients tell me that knowing this ahead of time takes the worry off the table.

You can, and I generally suggest spacing them out. Doing a Past Life Regression, QHHT and Life Between Lives inside a short window is something I call the Grand Slam, and it is possible. No, I do not read from a script. There is a term, Scripnosis, for a hypnotherapist reading a generic pre written script word for word to a client. I avoid that approach because a canned script cannot respond to your unique personal issues and what your subconscious needs in the moment. My sessions are interactive and client centered. I listen closely to your words while you are in trance and create custom suggestions in real time based on what you say. That is also how I teach my students to work. The result is a session tailored to you, shaped by your own language and your own experience rather than a page of text written for someone else.
