Yes, soul family shows up in sessions all the time. We travel and incarnate with a soul group over many lifetimes so we can work through lessons together. The people closest to you today, a partner, a sibling, a parent, a close friend, were very often with you in earlier lives, though their bodies, genders and cultures may have been entirely different. During the review in a Past Life Regression or a Life Between Lives session, I help you connect the patterns, recognizing who your present day companions were in those past scenes and what shared agreements or karmic lessons you are working out together now. In my framework, long standing physical discomfort in your current body is often tied to unhealed past life trauma or intense unresolved emotion. Specific emotions tend to settle in specific organs, and fear in particular is associated with the kidneys. In deep hypnotic trance we use regression to cause, which means going back to the initial sensitizing event that triggered the fear in the first place. We keep going, and I do not charge extra for the additional time. I treat session length as a moving target because I refuse to rush your healing. A Past Life Regression typically takes three to three and a half hours and Quantum Healing Hypnosis four to five, but I block off more than that on my calendar, four hours for PLR and six for QHHT, so there is room. If you are in the middle of a breakthrough or a past life review when the typical time is up, I stay with you until the process is safely and fully finished. Soul agreements, sometimes called soul contracts, are plans your soul made in the spirit world before you were born. Some of them are positive collaborations, and some are challenging arrangements you agreed to for a reason. One example I see often is a soul recruiting a close friend from its own soul group to play a difficult role in this life, maybe acting mean or standing in as an antagonist, specifically so you can learn something vital like forgiveness. Then you get to decide what to do with them. You can keep an agreement, change it, or actively cancel one that no longer serves you.
