Is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Real?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, also known as QHHT, is what the late Dolores Cannon called her Past Life Regression process.

Dolores Cannon taught Quantum Healing Hypnosis to many people around the world. Although many people were trained by Dolores Cannon, those with experience and the proper foundation in hypnosis are able to provide the most beneficial experience for their clients.

This process was developed by Dolores Cannon over many years. She even taught it way before it was called Quantum Healing Hypnosis. I studied with Dolores for 5 years up in Northwest Arkansas, where she lived. She was an amazing lady.

The method itself is amazing as well. Some people are purists and attempt to do the process word for word like Dolores. The problem is, they are not Dolores, so there is no way they can do it exactly like her. This is what is known as an interactive process. Getting the client to a past life can be scripted, but there are many ways to get someone to a past life. Even Dolores said take what you learned and make it your own. I have done that from the start.

What to Look for in a QHHT Practitioner

If you are looking for an amazing Quantum Healing Hypnosis experience, here is what matters. Just because someone studied with Dolores does not make them good or less than good. There's more to it than taking a class. These days practitioners are being certified via online video training. Here is what is truly important:

• Live interactive training, online or in person
• Supervised practice sessions
• A foundation in hypnosis before learning QHHT
• Ongoing experience with many sessions

Before learning any sort of Past Life Regression it is critical to learn hypnosis first. There are many people who take Dolores' online training and have problems facilitating sessions. Without prior hypnosis training, most people are going to fall flat on their face when the session goes off script.

So the word scam was mentioned in a question someone asked, this is what motivated me to write this post. If someone is not qualified to do this work, then a session with them may seem like a scam. As long as they are up front and let you know they are new to this, that is not a scam. If they claim to be an expert with years of experience and that is not true, then they are scamming you.

The QHHT process itself is not a scam. Be sure when you schedule a session you find someone who started with hypnosis first before learning past life regression or QHHT. Also be sure they have experience, I tell my students that experience is like going to graduate school.
