About This Training

A Training Built Around Doing the Work

Many of you are on a profound spiritual journey and feel a deep calling to help others find freedom from unexplained pain and emotional blocks. You might already be exploring hypnosis or healing work, but perhaps you feel uncertain about guiding someone safely through the vivid memories of a previous lifetime. That uncertainty is completely natural. I have guided countless souls through this process, and I want to assure you that you can learn to facilitate this life changing work.

This training is not about sitting back and taking notes. You are going to get right into the experience and do the work yourself. Every single day of the class you will be trading sessions with your fellow students in breakout rooms. You will experience the process as both the client and the therapist, which is the best way to build your confidence and trust your intuition. I do live demonstrations so you can see exactly how the techniques flow naturally in real time, and then you practice immediately.

Many training programs hand you a script and tell you to read it word for word. We do things differently here, because reading like a robot will pull your client right out of their experience. You will learn the art of client interaction by listening for their power words and using open ended questions to guide them deeper. I will teach you how to avoid the crystal ball error, where you tell the client what they are seeing instead of letting them discover it.

Training Schedule

Weekend One

August 14-16, 2026

Inductions, deepening techniques, the standard operating procedure for regression, womb regression, establishing a safe place, and your first past life sessions with fellow students.

Weekend Two

August 28-30, 2026

Advanced therapeutic interventions, the past life review, releasing physical and emotional energy from the past, identifying and canceling restrictive past life contracts, and backup techniques for challenging sessions.

What You Will Learn

Inductions and Deepeners

How to guide clients into a deep hypnotic state using techniques like the waterfall of light and the color induction, plus powerful deepeners including the cocoon of light.

The Regression Process

The full standard operating procedure, moving back through happy childhood memories, into the womb experience, and across the bridge into a past life, in a way that feels natural rather than scripted.

Past Life Exploration

How to guide clients through a lifetime, help them understand what they are experiencing, and facilitate the past life review where the deepest healing happens.

Releasing the Past

How to help clients release old physical pains and emotional patterns from past life experiences so they no longer impact the life they are living today.

Contracts and Vows

How to identify and cancel restrictive past life contracts, vows, and promises that may be keeping a client stuck in patterns they cannot seem to break in this lifetime.

Bringing Gifts Forward

How to help clients identify talents and abilities developed in past lives and bring those gifts forward into their current life, sometimes releasing blocks that have prevented that from happening.

Spirit Guide Connection

An introduction to facilitating connection with guides and the higher self within the regression context, laying groundwork for deeper spiritual work.

Backup Plans and Rescue Techniques

What to do when a client struggles to get out of their head. Techniques like rotate three times, Travel in Your Imagination, and the Infinite Pool keep the session moving when things get stuck.

You will also walk away with backup plans for your backup plans. Sometimes a session feels like walking through thick mud. Instead of giving up, you will have tools to help any client bypass their conscious mind and access the deeper material waiting underneath.

After the Training

Your Certification

Once you successfully submit your written case studies and a recorded session, you will earn your Past Life Regression Certification through Good Vibes Hypnosis. If you have the required foundational hours, I can also help you obtain a specialty certification through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.

Completing this training also gives you the prerequisite experience needed if you ever decide to pursue Life Between Lives training or my advanced Spiritual Connection and Communication training. When the time is right for you to take that next step, you will be ready for it.
