Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a deep hypnosis technique that guides you to a very profound level of trance. In this state, you can access past life memories and connect with a higher aspect of yourself. Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Once that foundation is established, I guide you through the death transition of that lifetime and into the spiritual realm between lives. In this space, you may encounter your spirit guides, your soul group, and a council of wise beings who can offer profound guidance about your current life purpose and soul contracts. The session is recorded so you can revisit it many times.

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. You are in a state of focused awareness, and you will be able to communicate with me throughout the session. Around 95% of clients remember most if not all of what came through. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Word of mouth and personal referrals are always a good starting point. Beyond that, look for a practitioner with formal training in both spiritual hypnosis and hypnotherapy. This distinction matters more than many people realize. Many practitioners who offer QHHT or Past Life Regression have little to no foundational training in hypnosis itself, which limits their ability to guide you into the depth of trance this work requires. Many clients are surprised to find that online sessions are just as deep and effective as in-person work. There are actually three reasons for this. First, early in the session I will ask you to close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. Once your eyes are closed, it does not matter whether we are in the same room or connected from across the country. Second, the benefits of the experience do not happen in the room.
