A past life contract, vow or promise is an absolute decision your soul makes during a difficult lifetime, often using powerful words like always or never. If you do not specify for the rest of this life when you make the vow, the promise bridges across lifetimes on a soul level. For example, a soul devastated by losing a partner might vow, I will never get close to anyone ever again. That contract carries over, and you may find yourself unconsciously sabotaging relationships in your current life without knowing why. During the past life review at the end of a session we identify the contract, look at it with fresh eyes and cancel it. My clients often recognize the vow the moment they hear themselves say it.

Yes, you can set a clear intention before we go into hypnosis to visit a specific period, culture or civilization, whether that is ancient Rome, Egypt or a Mayan lifetime. I will say that your soul, or Higher Self, ultimately chooses the past life that holds the most important lesson for your growth right now, and that may or may not match what your logical mind is curious about. Even so, a strong intention set during our pre talk acts like a compass. In my experience it often guides your subconscious straight to the lifetime you have been drawn to. So bring the request. We will state it clearly and then let your Higher Self lead.

You can, and I teach you how at the end of your session. Your guides are listening and sending messages all the time. The main thing in the way is the analytical mind asking whether the guidance is real. So before I bring you out of trance I teach you a self hypnosis anchoring technique you keep for life. When you practice it for a few minutes each day, the critical chatter quiets, you settle into a relaxed state, and you become able to receive and trust intuitive signs or direct answers from your guides. Many of my clients find this daily practice becomes the part of the session they use most, because it gives them an open line of communication that does not depend on having me there.

Wanting reassurance that you are on the right path is one of the most common reasons people book a session with me. In my experience, the setbacks, the confusion and the stretches of feeling lost are often part of the plan your soul made before you were born, placed there to teach you specific lessons. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session you connect with your Higher Self or your spirit guides, and they help you understand the spiritual purpose behind those obstacles. They rarely hand you a simple prediction. What they tend to offer instead is clear validation that you are exactly where you need to be to learn the lessons you chose, which many people find far more useful than a forecast.

Normal daily medication has not stopped my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state your mind already visits every day, and people arrive at sessions on all kinds of prescriptions and still go deep. You keep taking whatever you are prescribed exactly as you normally do. On the rare occasion that a session is interrupted or does not get going the way we want, my policy is simply to stop and reschedule another session at no extra charge, so there is nothing to lose by giving it a try.
