What is Past Life Regression?

Past Life Regression is a gentle, therapeutic process that uses hypnosis to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, you can access memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. Will I remember what happens during the session?

Most people do recall the experience clearly. You are not asleep or unconscious during a regression. Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Is Past Life Regression safe?

Yes, it is a very safe and supportive process, particularly when working with a well-trained, qualified, and experienced past life therapist. Your subconscious mind is always protecting you and will only bring forward memories or information that you are ready to handle and process.
