That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

You do not have to relive a painful memory to heal from it. If a distressing scene comes up under hypnosis, I have you step out of that body right away and watch as an objective observer. It is a lot like watching a movie on a screen. From that safe, detached distance you can pick up the soul lesson the scene is holding and release the energy that was stuck there, without going through the pain again. You stay aware the whole time, you can speak to me at any point, and you are in the driver's seat. Clients often tell me the scene they were most afraid of turned out to be the one that helped them most.

We choose to incarnate on Earth specifically to experience physical density, navigate relational challenges and master vital spiritual lessons like patience, courage or forgiveness. I describe Earth to my clients as a challenging, fast paced school for soul level growth. Your human mind may feel overwhelmed by physical limitations or life struggles, and at the same time your soul intentionally selected this era, this body and this family to resolve unfinished lessons from past lives. Many people tell me that seeing the plan changes how they feel about the struggle, because it turns out they signed up for it on purpose.

You can still have a good session with me. Over twenty years and well over three thousand sessions, I have found that going into hypnosis comes down to how the session is run. I customize every session in real time using my clinical hypnotherapy background, and I have multiple backup inductions ready if the first one does not settle you. I also use interactive dialogue to quiet an overactive mind, since a busy mind is the most common reason people feel they did not go under. Clients who told me they had failed before often tell me afterward that this time it simply happened. Come with an open mind and let me handle the rest.

That lifelong feeling of not fitting in, or of longing for a different family, is common among spiritually sensitive people and those who think of themselves as Starseeds. In my experience your intuition is still there. Your inner voice is simply being drowned out, usually by a very active analytical mind or by unresolved childhood trauma that planted self doubt. I also teach my clients self hypnosis techniques to quiet the logical mind, because a quieter mind is where intuition gets heard.
