Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule online if your plans change. The link is at the bottom of your confirmation email, and you can use it up to six hours before your session. Your deposit is non refundable, but it rolls right over to hold your new date, so nothing is lost by moving it. If an emergency comes up closer to your time slot, just text or email me directly and I will adjust the booking by hand to fit your situation.

Can a past life explain my throat or neck tightness?

Yes, in my experience chronic tightness or discomfort in the throat and neck area often connects to an unhealed past life event, something like a neck injury, a hanging or a throat wound. Emotionally, a tight throat can represent a lifetime of held back truth, a deep fear of being wrong or of speaking out. In hypnosis we go to the initial sensitizing event and release the trapped energy. What clients tend to report afterward is that the throat area feels more open and that speaking their truth comes more easily. Standing in your own voice is often the real gift of this work, and it tends to show up in every conversation that follows.

Do I need a quiet private space for the session?

Yes, a private, quiet room where you will not be disturbed is essential. I tell my clients to plan for both two legged and four legged distractions. A family member walking in, a phone ringing or a dog whining at the door pulls you right out of the deep theta state, so arrange childcare, ask your partner to handle whatever comes up in the house, and turn your phone off. If home is simply too busy, some of my clients stay at a quiet friend's house, sit out in their vehicle, or book a hotel room for the day. Whatever it takes to give yourself a few uninterrupted hours is worth it, because that privacy is what lets you go all the way in.

How do I know if I am ready for this work?
