Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.

An LBL session is typically longer and works best when you have already experienced a Past Life Regression, as that foundation helps you reach the depth of trance the work requires.

Like all of my sessions, a Life Between Lives session begins with a visit to several happy childhood memories, followed by some time exploring the womb experience before birth. From there, we continue into a brief past life to deepen your trance state. Energy and spiritual connection are not bound by physical distance. You will need a quiet, undisturbed space and a reliable internet connection, and the experience will be just as profound as any in-person session.

Both hypnosis and meditation involve a relaxed, focused state of awareness, but they serve different purposes. Meditation is generally a practice of quieting the mind and cultivating present-moment awareness. Hypnosis is a guided process with a specific therapeutic or exploratory goal. In a regression session, I use hypnosis to guide you to a particular destination, whether that is a past life, the space between lives, or the root cause of a current challenge.
