I prefer to clearly see your face and your chest rise so I can monitor your breathing and confirm you are in trance rather than drifting off to sleep. If the camera angle or the connection makes that hard, I have a reliable backup. I ask you to count backward from three to one out loud. That simple conversational check lets me hear the tone, pacing and emotional depth of your voice, and those tell me clearly that you are in a safe, deep state of hypnosis.
