How many sessions will I need?

Many people find that a single session provides profound and lasting insights. That said, some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore different lifetimes or to deepen their understanding of their soul's journey. There is no set number. I will always discuss your goals with you during our initial conversation so we can determine what feels right for your unique path.

Can I learn self hypnosis after my session?

Yes, I teach every client self hypnosis right before bringing them out of trance. I guide you to establish and anchor a special place, a beautiful, personalized inner sanctuary such as a garden, a beach or a mountain waterfall. Then I give you a simple countdown and breathing trigger that lets you return to that deeply relaxed state at home whenever you want. The practice trains your mind to quiet its logical, analytical thoughts, and that is what makes it easy to comfortably connect, communicate and receive clear intuitive guidance from your Higher Self and your spirit guides on your own. My clients often use it for years afterward as a way to keep the conversation going.

Can I use AirPods for my Zoom session?

Yes, wireless earbuds like AirPods are fine for an online session, with one adjustment. Their batteries rarely last through a full four to five hour Quantum Healing Hypnosis session. So if AirPods are what you have, wear only one earbud at a time and leave the other one on the charging pad. When the low battery alert sounds, you swap them. My clients do this while staying in a deep, relaxed trance and it does not interrupt the session at all, because all you need is to keep hearing my voice. That single earbud swap is what lets a wireless setup go the distance.

Can I hear from deceased loved ones in a session?

Yes. Once a loved one crosses over, their consciousness stays fully awake and aware of your life, and in my experience they can hear your thoughts. Many of them stay close and step into the role of a spirit guide. During the question and answer portion of a quantum healing hypnosis session, a spouse, parent or family member who has passed can come forward. They may offer comfort, specific signs to watch for, or direct messages that arrive through your own voice or as an inner knowing. Clients often describe this part of the session as deeply healing, and for many it brings a sense of closure they had been missing.

Why do I keep repeating difficult situations?

Repeating the same difficult situation, whether it is a relationship pattern, an emotional block or trouble standing in your own power, is often a sign of a soul lesson that is still open. If your soul ran into that challenge in a past life and never fully understood or resolved it, the lesson comes around again in this one. Under hypnosis we trace the pattern back to where it started in a previous lifetime. Once your subconscious recognizes the lesson underneath the pattern, something shifts. Is my future already set in stone?

No, your future is not set in stone. In my framework, you take part in a planning process before you are born.
