We start with happy times when you were a kid, usually four to eight years old. I check in with you before we begin, because some people have an age they would rather not revisit, and we can adjust that or skip the childhood altogether.
Then I ask you to go back to one of your earliest happy, enjoyable experiences. I don't like to call it a memory, because it might not be part of your memory. It might be something tucked away in your subconscious mind that you don't even remember. It is a warm up, a mental stretching exercise. From there we go to the womb, where there can be patterns set up before you were born that create situations in your life as you get older.
Then we go into a past life, sometimes two. I don't paint a picture of anything. I say go to the most appropriate time and place, and people tend to go where they need to go. You might see stuff, you might not. It is not always a visual experience, and often more of the information comes through feeling.
Before we come back, we do a very thorough review while you are still relaxed, and that is where the work gets done. We find out what that lifetime was really about, especially as it relates to your life today, and we deal with anything you are still hanging on to. If something physical followed you here, I like to say it is not your knee, it is that past life knee, and I help you release that connection.
Then I teach you how to hypnotize yourself so you have a way back to that quiet place on your own, and I send you the recording. Most people remember most, if not all, of what goes on.
