Yes. ADHD, a busy mind or a hard time with silent meditation has not kept my clients from going into hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural brainwave state that everyone cycles through every day, and you do not have to sit perfectly still to get there. Over twenty years I have developed ways of stacking several hypnotic inductions on top of one another, and that layering is designed specifically to keep a busy analytical mind occupied so it can step aside. It is a progressive relaxation, so the overactive conscious mind is gently guided out of the way rather than fought with. What my clients with ADHD typically find is that the constant activity in their heads is no barrier at all, and deep subconscious memories come through just as easily.

During the session I establish a hypnotic bridge backward in time to locate that original moment. You observe it from a safe, detached distance instead of reliving it, and that distance is what lets the trapped fear release. Connecting with your Higher Self is part of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, and it is one of the most natural parts of the work, typically from your very first one. I feel that I connect with my own guides, as well as others in spirit, during sessions, and one way I do that is through my pendulum and sometimes muscle testing. I cannot say for sure where the answers come from. It may be my guides, your guides, the Masters of Light I have written about on the blog, or another guide who is a guide to one of your guides, but there is a connection, and the answers come. During an active session they let me quickly double check information, verify the exact identity of the spiritual guides or attachments present, and confirm that an energetic block, a negative contract or an earthbound soul attachment has fully cleared before we move forward. Yes. We review the past life together right after you cross over at the end of that lifetime, and that is where we address anything physical or emotional that is still lingering. Then the session closes with a debriefing talk where you and I go over what you experienced.
