Many of my clients tell me they sleep better after a session, and it comes from something I teach at the very end. Right before I bring you out of trance, I teach you self hypnosis and set a post hypnotic trigger. I guide you to anchor a deeply relaxed, quiet state of mind that you can call up at bedtime, with the suggestion that when you close your eyes and use the technique you drift off and rest through the night. I also send you a written handout afterward that walks through how to practice the self hypnosis daily, so it becomes a habit rather than a one time experience. Better sleep is one of the most common things people report back to me.

Keep your list to one page, a page and a half at most, and group the questions by category such as physical health, relationships and life purpose. The most important thing is how you phrase them. Ask How and What questions rather than Why questions. What do I need to do to improve my career gets a practical, actionable answer from your Higher Self, while why is my career stuck tends to bring back the same theme over and over. Focusing your questions on action and resolution is what draws out the deep, useful answers my clients come away with. They are examples only, and your list should be about you and your situation.

Both sessions start the same way and the difference is what happens after the past life. In either one I guide you through happy childhood memories, the womb, and one or two past lives to resolve whatever is lingering. A Past Life Regression finishes after the past life review and your self hypnosis training, typically three to three and a half hours, and the price is $330. Quantum Healing Hypnosis keeps going after the past life. We connect directly with your Higher Self or spirit guides and work through the list of personal questions you prepared, which is why it typically runs four to five hours at $470. QHHT is the most popular choice for a first session, and I suggest Past Life Regression mainly for people who are heading toward Life Between Lives.

Difficult family relationships often go back to a plan your soul made before you were born. Our souls arrange family connections ahead of time, and they often set up challenging scenarios on purpose so we can learn something crucial like forgiveness, boundaries or self worth. A soul that needs to learn forgiveness, for example, may ask a close member of its own soul group to play the antagonist or the mean one in this life. That is a big favor to ask, and it is usually done out of love. When you see these pre birth agreements for yourself in a past life regression or QHHT session, many people find they can look at a hard relationship with compassion instead of anger.

You do not need to deliver eloquent descriptions for this to go well. There is no right or wrong way to experience trance, and once the analytical mind steps aside, words come more easily than you expect. I keep my questions gentle and open, things like what do you notice and tell me more, and I let your impressions come out at their own pace. It is a collaboration rather than a performance. Quiet and anxious clients typically find they feel comfortable within a few minutes and share their journey just fine, and some of the richest sessions I have facilitated came from people who barely said a word in everyday life.

Asking why all the bad happened tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I invite my clients to ask a different question. Challenges and obstacles are chosen on a soul level before birth to serve as major catalysts for spiritual growth and to teach specific lessons. Rephrase your inquiry into a how or a what question. What do I need to do to move forward? How can I grow from this? Those questions open doors. In a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, connecting with your Higher Self reveals the pre birth plan behind these struggles, and that gives you the clarity and direction to navigate your path with grace. Many people leave a session understanding their purpose going forward for the first time.
