Yes, every session is recorded automatically through Zoom, so you do not need to record anything yourself. The recording is set to start the moment our meeting opens. After we finish I process the audio file and send you a copy. I encourage you to listen to it in a quiet place afterward, because hearing your own voice describe the experience tends to bring back more conscious recall, and my clients often find that listening is where the insights really settle in and become part of daily life.

Parts Therapy and Gestalt Therapy are hypnotherapy techniques I use to settle internal conflicts while you are in hypnosis. They come into play when different parts of your subconscious are pulling in different directions, say one part of you that badly wants to succeed in business and another part that holds you back out of fear. Instead of fighting those feelings, I guide the parts to speak to each other, voice their concerns and negotiate an agreement they can both live with. Clients often tell me the tug of war eases once each part has been heard. The aim is to integrate your mind so you can move forward with more self trust and less second guessing.

In my framework, long standing physical discomfort in your current body is often tied to unhealed past life trauma or intense unresolved emotion. Specific emotions tend to settle in specific organs, and fear in particular is associated with the kidneys. In deep hypnotic trance we use regression to cause, which means going back to the initial sensitizing event that triggered the fear in the first place. Processing and releasing that old emotion from a safe distance lets the energy held in that area of the body clear. Clients often tell me they feel a physical lightness afterward that matches the emotional relief. The body has been carrying what the soul went through, and this work gives it permission to let go.

We come to Earth to experience specific challenges and learn crucial soul lessons, and before you incarnate you make pre birth agreements with other members of your soul group to help you grow. If you need to learn a difficult lesson like forgiveness, you might recruit a close, loving soul friend to play a negative role in your life, being mean to you or acting as an antagonist. Who would agree to that? Only someone who loves you very much. Recognizing these pre birth soul contracts in a session helps you shift your perspective. My clients often find they can release anger and view their difficult relationships with deep love and compassion once they see the agreement underneath.

The hypnotherapy certification. There is no way around it and no shortcut through it. The 220 hour program certified through IACT is the foundation the rest of the path stands on. From there you take past life regression, which is a six day class across two consecutive three day weekends, covering childhood memories, womb regression and past lifetimes, because the Newton Institute expects a regressionist to be fluent in those timelines before LBL training. That deep, hard to explain feeling of not belonging on Earth is common among spiritually sensitive souls, the people sometimes called Starseeds. In my experience, some of them have lived previous lifetimes on other planets or in other dimensions. One client of mine went to a life where both suns in the sky were blue and the beings had blue skin and long fingers. Under hypnosis you can access those off planet memories, or recognize a past life imprint that was placed to help a newer soul adapt to life here. Either way, the feeling of isolation starts to make sense, and many people find it much easier to settle into their earthly mission once they understand where it comes from.
