Occasionally someone goes so deeply into trance that they do not recall the details afterward, though they still respond and engage during the session just as fully. Either way, I record every session, and I always recommend listening back to it. There are often details and insights that take on new meaning when you revisit them in the days that follow.

Yes, it is a very safe and supportive process, particularly when working with a well-trained, qualified, and experienced past life therapist. Your subconscious mind is always protecting you and will only bring forward memories or information that you are ready to handle and process. You are in control at all times and can open your eyes and end the session whenever you choose.

In all of my sessions, I recommend that you are alone in a quiet space. Having someone else present can sometimes cause you to hold back and not fully express yourself during the session. It is also worth knowing that you will be wearing earphones or headphones throughout, so anyone else in the room would only hear half of the conversation. You will receive a full recording of your session afterward and are completely free to share it with anyone you like.
