My role is simply to guide you into that relaxed state. Yes, it is a very safe and supportive process, particularly when working with a well-trained, qualified, and experienced past life therapist. Your subconscious mind is always protecting you and will only bring forward memories or information that you are ready to handle and process. I have been doing this work since 2008 and have guided thousands of clients safely through their spiritual journeys. You are in control at all times and can open your eyes and end the session whenever you choose.

Session length varies by type. A Past Life Regression session typically runs about 3 to 3.5 hours, and I block off 4 hours just in case we need the extra time. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis or Life Between Lives session is a deeper journey and usually takes about 4 to 5 hours, with 6 hours blocked off to allow the process to unfold naturally. We always begin with a conversation to understand your goals and intentions, move into the hypnosis session itself, and close with time to review and integrate what came through. I recommend keeping your schedule clear for the rest of the day so you can ease back in gently.
