Parts Therapy and Gestalt Therapy are hypnotherapy techniques I use to settle internal conflicts while you are in hypnosis. They come into play when different parts of your subconscious are pulling in different directions, say one part of you that badly wants to succeed in business and another part that holds you back out of fear. Instead of fighting those feelings, I guide the parts to speak to each other, voice their concerns and negotiate an agreement they can both live with. Clients often tell me the tug of war eases once each part has been heard. The aim is to integrate your mind so you can move forward with more self trust and less second guessing.

Keep your list to one page, a page and a half at most, and group the questions by category such as physical health, relationships and life purpose. The most important thing is how you phrase them. Ask How and What questions rather than Why questions. They are examples only, and your list should be about you and your situation.

Yes, a restroom break is easy to manage, even in a four to five hour Quantum Healing Hypnosis session. If you need one, I guide you up just enough out of trance to take care of business, and when you come back I take you right back down as deep as you were before. Nothing is lost. I am also watching how you are doing physically throughout the session, and if it looks like you could use a break I will ask before you have to bring it up. My clients typically find that a short pause like this is a normal part of a long session and the flow picks right back up where we left off.

Asking why all the bad happened tends to keep you stuck in a victim pattern, so I invite my clients to ask a different question. Challenges and obstacles are chosen on a soul level before birth to serve as major catalysts for spiritual growth and to teach specific lessons. Rephrase your inquiry into a how or a what question. What do I need to do to move forward? How can I grow from this? Those questions open doors. Many people leave a session understanding their purpose going forward for the first time.

The hypnotherapy certification. There is no way around it and no shortcut through it. The 220 hour program certified through IACT is the foundation the rest of the path stands on. Your spirit guides are loving, non physical beings who watch over you and help you from the spirit world. When a guide or a whole spirit team steps forward during a past life regression or quantum healing hypnosis session, one of the first things I ask is for a specific name, because a name gives you a clearer connection to hold onto. Sometimes a guide offers a simple nickname to get started, and sometimes they confirm they are happy with whatever name you already use for them in meditation. Either way, you leave the session with a recognizable relationship you can keep building. That makes it much easier to reach out to them on your own in the self hypnosis exercises you take home.
